Note: The Gas Spring Cover will rest loosely on the Gas Spring.
It will be secured to the Gas Spring later in the assembly.

Note: To simplify the upcoming steps, it may be helpful to fully extend the Gas Springs. To do so, carefully tap the small
release pin at the larger end of the Gas Spring with a Bolt. Continue tapping repeatedly until the Gas Spring is fully extended.

Note: Coat the 1/2” x 8 5/8” Bolt (CYD) lightly with Dark
Lithium Grease (AJZ) before performing this step.
