Tap
Apps > Downloads.

Touch and hold the file name until it is selected, tap , then select how you
want to share the file.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to share the file.

You may have set up a Gmail account when you set up your tablet.

Tap Apps > Gmail.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account.
