How to switch to Dual Tone mode
One of the most powerful features offered in POD Farm 2 is the ability to create a Dual Tone
conguration. This provides two independent stereo Tone signal paths, each with their own set of
Amp, Cab, Mic and Effects models. You can switch between Single Tone mode and Dual Tone mode
via the Dual button on the Main Control Bar. When currently in Single Tone mode, the Dual button
appear unlit, and clicking on it offers two options for how the second Tone (Tone B) will be created -
as a totally empty Tone, or a copy of Tone A, with all its current models and settings intact:

When in Dual Tone mode, the Dual button appears “lit” and you’ll see two signal paths within the
Signal Flow View, providing access to all components of both Tone A and Tone B.
TIP: Use the Tone A & B controls within the “Mixer View” to independently adjust the volume and
pan of each Tone independently!

How to switch to Single Tone mode
POD Farm 2 is capable of running in Single Tone or Dual Tone modes (please see the previous Dual
Tone description). If you are currently in Dual Tone mode, you can click on the Dual Tone button and
choose to remove either Tone A or B.
• Remove Tone A - This removes Tone A, and the existing Tone B becomes the only signal path,
and thus becomes “Tone A.”
• Remove Tone B - This removes Tone B, and the existing Tone A becomes the only signal Path.
When in Single Tone mode, you’ll see the Dual button appear in a non-lit state.
