Software License Agreement IMPORTANT: BY ACCEPTING, INSTALLING OR USING ANY PART OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH OR EMBEDDED IN YOUR NEW LINE 6 PRODUCT (THE “SOFTWARE”), YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
5. TERMINATION This Agreement is effective until terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. Line 6 may also terminate this Agreement immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. All sections of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Alle Bestimmungen dieser Vereinbarung, von deren Fortbestand ausgegangen werden muss, darunter u.a. der Garantie- und Haftungsausschluss, bleiben unvermindert gültig.
