8.7.2.5.3. Enable and disable the OWA
To enable the function, you can enable TX/RX by write the OWA_TX_CFIG[31] and OWA_RX_CFIG[0]. After that, you
must enable OWA by write the Globe Enable bit to 1 in the OWA_CTL.The disable process is write the Globe Enable to 0.
