Wireless Home Audio
Click on the 4. Exceptions tab. Make sure that
CiscoMediaPlayer is checked.
Highlight 5. CiscoMediaPlayer and click the Add Port
button. Enter a name in the Name field and enter 8015
in the Port number field. Make sure that TCP is selected
and click OK.
Click 6. OK to close the Exceptions window and Windows
Firewall configuration for the Cisco Media Player is
complete.
My devices are not showing up on the main menu
carousel.
Perform each of the following steps until you are able to
locate the devices on your main menu.
Go to Settings > Zones and Libraries and select
Rediscover.
Go to Standby mode by pressing the power button on
the front of the unit. Press the power button again to
exit standby mode.
If using the Docking Station for iPod, verify that the
connector is properly attached.
If using a USB device, verify that the USB connector is
completely connected.
My Controller is properly set up but I am not able to
control my Wireless Home Audio Devices.
Ensure that the wireless signal strength indicates that you
have a good wireless connection. If not, you may be out
of range and may need to move closer to your wireless
router or access point.
Wireless Signal Strength
The touch screen is not responding in some areas of the
LCD screen.
Go to 1. Settings > General Settings > Calibrate
Touchscreen.
Press the center of the + symbol in the upper left 2.
corner.
Press the center of the + symbol in the lower right 3.
hand corner.
When the OK appears on the screen, press the center 4.
of the 5-Way button.
