• You may have to unpair the headphones, then re-pair
your device
Q: I cannot get the Bluetooth headphones into
paring mode
• Make sure the Bluetooth headphones are turned OFF
before beginning the pairing process
• Press and HOLD the [Power, Play, Pause] button
until a tone is heard and the LED indicator light
ashes WHITE.
• Check that the headphones are charged.
