Reservation regarding ownership
Delivery times Goods in stock: normally 5 - 8 working days. For other products, inquire about delivery time.
Delivery time is reckoned from the day we receive the order. Our confirmed shipping day is the
day the goods leave the plant.
Deliveries will only be effected at our terms of payment and delivery. The goods remain the
property of Lintex until full payment has been settled
UK, Benelux, Germany, Austria, France:
Free delivery DDU on orders above €1000 Net.
For orders less €1000 a freight cost of €100 is charged.
Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Ireland:
Free delivery DDU on orders above €1500 Net
For orders less €1500 a freight cost of €200 is charged
Other contries:
Ex Works or according to agreement.
Quote Unless otherwise stated a quote applies for 60 days. Orders are accepted as and when con-
firmed in writing by Lintex.
Returned goods The return of goods in Lintex standard range is permitted within 14 days of shipment. When
returning goods the customer pays return freight and the products are to be sent in sealed
original packaging. Any damage during transport is debited to he customer. Before returning,
Lintex sales department must be contacted regarding a return note. Lintex debits the customer
20% return charge on the value of the goods.
Claims If upon arrival the product is damaged, this shall be noted in the consignment note before
receipt is acknowledged. Damage claims shall be notified to the responsible shipping agent.
Claims can also be filed 7 days after receipt if the damage was not discovered upon arrival.
Other claims due to obvious shortcomings on our part shall be submitted in writing to Lintex.
Payment terms 30 days net. In case of delayed payment, late charges will be debited corresponding to 8 per
cent interest above the reference interest rate of the Swedish Central Bank.
Conditional sale Delivered goods remain the property of Lintex until full payment has been made.
Prices
Guarantee duration Lintex provides 2 years’ guarantee against defects in manufacture. The guarantee period is
reckoned from delivery day and assumes that directly after delivery the products are placed in
premises at room temperature and that they are not exposed to abnormal wear or damaging
treatment. When mounting or assembling in situ by a fitter recommended by Lintex, 2 years’
guarantee is given from the date of approved inspection.
We reserve the right to raise prices due to rises in raw material prices and currency fluctuations.
Articles can also be the subject of constructio- nal and design changes. All prices are exclusive
of sales tax.
Optic Glass has a low content of iron oxide that makes light
transmission very high and the colour of the Glass itself insignificant.
Optic Glass is the only base Glass that displays white and pastel
shades in a natural way. Lintex has therefore chosen to work solely
with optic Glass in its range of Glass boards.
Lintex whiteboards have Glass-enamelled e3 surfaces in environ-
mental ceramic steel. The e3 surface is completely free from environ-
mentally hazardous heavy metals and is 99% recyclable. In addition,
the e3 surface is extremely durable and has a lifelong guarantee.
The board is easy to write on and easy to clean.
