Before Installation
Safety Check
- Check the exterior packaging for
signs of mishandling and ensure the
equipment was not damaged during
shipping.
- Before connecting the product to the
power supply, check that the power
supply voltage and current rating
corresponds with the power supply
details shown on the product rating
label.
WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Disconnect the power supply before installing
or repairing the charge point. Disconnect the
power supply before installing or repairing the
charge point. Exposure to live wires may result
in physical injury or damage to the power
supply system and the charge point.
CAUTION: RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY
Keep all packing materials away from
children. These materials present a risk of
injury (e.g. suffocation).
Do not use extension cords with this
equipment.
THE CHARGING STATION MUST BE
INSTALLED ONLY BY A LICENSED
ELECTRICIAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THE LOCAL INDUSTRY
CONSTRUCTIN AND SHOULD COMPLY
WITH NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODES AND
STANDARDS.
Before installing the charge point, make sure
you have read all instructions in this guide
and fully understand its contents.
Appropriate protection is required when
connecting to a main switchboard. The tools
and parts used are outlined in Additional
Tools and Parts on page 7.
