Can I wall mount CLX LED strip lights?
Yes. You can wall mount with the THCLX or the CLXANGBKT
or by mounting directly through the back of the fixture.
How do I get the row alligner bracket?
Every fixture comes with a hardware bag with the row
mount bracket.
What is the cross over to the ZL1 Series?
CLX LED lumen packages are a direct cross to ZL1N/D/F.
ZL1N lens = CLX FDL
ZL1D lens = CLX RDL
ZL1F lens = CLX WDL
Does CLX LED have surge protection?
Standard CLX LED strip lights will come with 2.5kV surge
protection. The SPD option will increase protection to 6kV.
What reflector options are availabe on CLX LED?
CLXRW: Wide Decorative reflector –
No impact on distribution.
CLXRWU: Wide Decorative reflector with Uplight -
Slots to provide uplight.
CLXRN: Narrow Distribution reflector –
Not available with lens option.
What is the temp rating of CLX LED strip lights?
The temperature rating varies by fixture but is 40°C for all
standard configurations. Some options and accessories
reduce that temperature to 30°C. See specification sheet for
temperature rating chart.
How is the HEF achieved?
The High Efficacy version (HEF) is achieved by utilizing ultra-
efficient LEDs and a lower drive current.
Is there a field installable battery pack available?
Yes. You can order a PS1050 factory installed or a PS1055LCP
or PS1555LCP for field install.
What battery is used from the factory? How many lumens
are delivered in EL mode?
The battery offered is a PS1050 in 4’ and 8’ options. It provides
10W of power and an average of 1400 lumens depending
on configuration.
Can I order the end cap without a knockout?
Yes, it is an option on the spec sheet.
How are the distributions created on CLX? Do the
distributions work with the outer lens?
The distributions are created via acrylic injection-molded
optics which sit on top of the LEDs. You can also add a narrow
reflector. You cannot order the optics or the narrow reflector
with an outer lens.
Side mount option?
You can side mount the CLX LED strip light by ordering the
CLXANGBKT accessory.
What % of uplight do you get?
The flat lens provides very little uplight. The round lens
provides 7% uplight. The wide lens provides 13% uplight.
Is a Stepdown Transformer used for 347/480?
Yes.
What sensors are available with CLX LED strip lights?
LSXR (field), MSD (Factory installed), NES7 (factory installed –
only available with N100), and RES7 (factory installed).
How many fixtures can I run off each sensor type?
The numer of fixtures will be determined by the sensor type,
the length of fixture, and the drive current. Please see sensor
spec sheet.
How does the row mounted sensor look with the different
lens types?
The sensor will follow the profile of the lens selected.
