What applications are best suited for the I-BEAM
®
IBE LED
high bay products?
The IBE LED family is suitable for mounting heights from 10' to
40'. It is ideal in controlled environments such as warehousing,
gymnasiums, big-box retail, light industrial and manufacturing
spaces. IBE is CSA listed to 45°C ambient, with a thermal
management system allowing for safe operation during times
when temperatures rise, up to 55°C* .
*Prolonged use at 55°C may impact long-term performance, may not be
covered by warranty.
How does the thermal management system work?
The class P driver lowers it’s output current when it gets too hot,
protecting itself. Thus, the light level will be lowered.
What lumen packages are available?
12,000 lumens, 15,000 lumens, 18,000 lumens, 22,000 lumens,
and 30,000 lumens. Lumen packages are nominal.
What are the fluorescent and HID crosses for the 12,000 to
30,000 lumen products?

What color temperatures and CRI are available?
4000K and 5000K are available in 80 CRI.
Is the IBE in stock?
Yes, 12LM through 22LM packages are stocked in 2-foot only
distribution centers for immediate shipment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is surge protection standard?
6kV surge protection is standard on all units. Additional SPD
device standard on HVOLT, optional on MVOLT, for a total of 10kV.
Does the IBE use a step down transformer for HVOLT?
No, it does not, we have HVOLT drivers.
How do I dim the fixture?
0-10V dimming, down to 10% is standard. Simply connect to any
0-10V commercial dimmer that is LED compatible. We suggest
any of the following:
 ISD wallbox dimmer
 SYRSP wall station
 MLS dimming system
Is the IBE controllable, other than dimming?
The IBE fixture can be ordered with the popular LSXR sensor.

Is there an emergency battery pack option?
Yes, this factory-installed option provides greater than 2000
lumens (depending on the optic and color temperature) for a
