Time the fixture stays in ON or High after the last time
motion was detected. Test mode disables Function 4 and
sets Function 2 to 30 seconds. Test mode will expire after
10 minutes if not manually changed by user.

Dim to O Occupancy
Time Delay
After the Occupancy Time Delay (Function 2) has expired
and the fixture is in the low light level mode (set by the
Dimming Level in function 11), this setting specifies how
long the fixture will remain in the low light level mode
before turning O completely.
