What traditional light sources does the JCBL LED high
bay replace?
The JCBL LED offers six lumen packages ranging from 9,000 to
30,000 lumens in a single configuration. Direct replacements
up to 8-lamp T5HO or up to 400W HID has never been easier.
How can the JCBL high bay be mounted or installed?
The JCBL LED is offered as a pendant mount with a 3/4”
threaded hub or with a hook and cord. Select SC6 for a steel
hook that mounts directly to the heat sink providing a lower
profiled installation. Pendant mount fixtures can be stem
mounted or ordered with optional cast hooks if desired.
Does the JCBL LED high bay ship fully assembled?
The JCBL LED ships with minimum installation required. Each
distributor pack contains the housing, reflector and optional
lens in a single carton.
Can I order bulk quantities as job packs for
larger opportunities?
Yes, the JCBL LED can be ordered in job packs, the reflector
and housing will ship separately. Reflectors will ship in
multiples of ten and lenses will ship in multiples of five.
What are the CCTs and CRIs for the JCBL LED high bay?
JCBL LED high bay is available with a full range of color
temperatures and CRI choices including 3000K, 3500K, 4000K,
5000K CCT and 70, 80 or 90CRI.
What JCBL LED high bay model numbers are available
in stock?
JCBL LED hook-and-cord models are stocked in the 12,000,
18,000 and 24,000 lumen packages in 4000K and 5000K in
70CRI with a frosted acrylic or diffused aluminum reflector.
Stock configurations can quickly be identified with their lean
nomenclature to make ordering a breeze.
Are there advantages to the frosted acrylic reflector
versus the clear acrylic reflector?
Yes, the frosted acrylic reflector provides better uniformity,
minimizing the potential for glare when compared to the
clear acrylic. Additionally, when combined with a lens, you
can get up to 13% uplight to help reduce dark ceilings or the
“cave effect.”
What improvements have been made to the JCBL LED
high bay lumen maintenance?
Lumen maintenance on the JCBL LED has dramatically
improved with the use of the newest LEDs and electronic
drivers, coupled with a driver housing that helps protect critical
components. Lumen maintenance values are now an incredible
L91 at 60,000 hours.
What are the ambient ratings for the JCBL LED high bay?
Lumens packages 18000LM (18,000 lumens) and below are
rated up to 131°F (55°C), and lumen packages 24000LM
(24,000 lumens) and higher are rated to 122°F (50°C).
What ratings are available on the JCBL LED high bay?
The JCBL LED is rated for damp location. Optical assembly is
rated IP65.
Is the JCBL LED high bay controllable, other than
0-10V dimming?
The JCBL LED is fully compatible with Acuity Controls,
including nLight
®
power packs and sensors, motion sensors,
photo sensor, and XPoint
™
