Assembly Instructions For Play Stand Canopy (Arch) - Item #14
Note- This product must be used with and attached only to two Little Colorado Play Stands -Item #12
4- Wooden arches (2 right sides and 2 left sides)
2- Arch connector blocks
4- 35" dowels
8- 1 1/8" Black Wood screws
8- 1 5/8" Silver washer head wood screws
4- 1 1/4" Silver machine bolts
4- Silver washers
4- Silver Acorn nuts
You will need a medium size phillips
screwdriver and a pair of pliers to complete
assembly. An assistant will be helpful.

1. The Play Stand Canopy must be completely assembled rst and then attached to the two Play Stands. Locate all the
wooden parts and lay them out on the oor in their approximate positions.
2. Select one canopy arch, place a dowel in one of the inset holes and install one of the silver 1 5/8" washer head screws
until it is tight. Now attach the other three dowels to complete one side.
3. Slide the arch connector over the two dowels on the smaller ends, line up and insert the two machine bolts. Add a washer
and acorn nut to each bolt and tighten with pliers or a 7/16" wrench. Now repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other side.
4. If your two Play Stands are already assembled, you will need to remove the dowel at the top. If not, then complete the
Play Stand assembly except for the dowels. Carefully place the canopy assembly in place so that the arches are inside
the Play Stand sides and the 3/4" holes for the dowel are alinged. Follow the Play Sand instructions to attach the dowel by
inserting it through the Play Stand sides into the arches and then screwing it in place. Finish attaching it to both Play Stands.
5. Adjust both Play Stands so that they are sitting squarely on the oor. When exactly in position, install two black 1 1/8"
wood screws through the predrilled holes in each arch and into the inside of the Play Stand sides.
DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO CLIMB ON, PULL ON OR HANG FROM DOWELS
THE CANOPY IS NOT TO BE USED AS A JUNGLE GYM
MINIMUM AGE GRADE IS 2 YEARS
