CustomerInformation

1. ThisequipmentcomplieswithPart

68oftheFCCrulesandtherequirementsadoptedbytheACTA.Onthe

bottom of this equipment is a label that contains, among other information, a product identifier in the

formatUS:AAAEQ##TXXXX.Ifrequested,thisnumbermustbeprovidedtothetelephonecompany.

2. Aplugandjackused

toconnectthisequipmenttothepremiseswiringandtelephonenetworkmustcomply

withtheapplicableFCCPart68rulesandrequirementsadoptedbytheACTA.Acomplianttelephonecord

andmodularplugisprovidedwiththisproduct.Itisdesignedtobeconnectedtoacompatiblemodularjack

thatis

alsocompliant.Seeinstallationinstructionsfordetails.

3. If this equipment [US: PNYAL02BXTX100] causes harm to the telephone network, the telephone company

willnotifyyouinadvancethattemporarydiscontinuanceofservicemay berequired.Butifadvancenotice

isn'tpractical,thetelephonecompanywillnotifythecustomerassoon

aspossible.Also,youwillbeadvised

ofyourrighttofileacomplaintwiththeFCCifyoubelieveitisnecessary.

4. Thetelephonecompanymaymakechangesinitsfacilities,equipment,operationsorproceduresthatcould

affecttheoperationoftheequipment.Ifthishappensthetelephonecompany

willprovideadvancenoticein 

orderforyoutomakenecessarymodificationstomaintainuninterruptedservice.

5. Iftroubleisexperiencedwiththisequipment[US:PNYAL02BXTX100],forrepairorwarrantyinformation,

Iftheequipmentiscausingharmtothetelephonenetwork,thetelephonecompanymayrequestthatyou

disconnecttheequipmentuntiltheproblemisresolved.

6. Pleasefollowinstructionsforrepairingifany(e.g.batteryreplacementsection);otherwisedonotalternate

orrepairanyparts

ofdeviceexcept specified.Forrepairprocedures,followtheinstructionsoutlinedunder

thelimitedwarranty.

7. Connectiontopartylineserviceissubjecttostatetariffs.Contactthestatepublicutilitycommission,public

servicecommissionorcorporationcommissionforinformation.

8. Ifyourhomehasspeciallywiredalarmequipmentconnectedtothetelephoneline,ensuretheinstallationof

this [AL] does not disable your alarm equipment. If you have questions about what will disable alarm

equipment,consultyourtelephonecompanyoraqualifiedinstaller.
