ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts and accessories are included as shown in
the above illustration.
2. Turn off power
3. Before you start to make installation, NEVER attempt any work without shutting off the electricity until the
work is done. A). Go to the main fuse, or circuit breaker, box in your home. Place the main power switch in
the “OFF” position. B). Place the wall switch in the “OFF” position.
3. Make assembly & installation
Step 1: Remove main mounting plate (B) from fixture
back plate (G) by removing ball nuts (H)
Step 2: Secure anchors (A) into the wall. Use
the mounting plate (B) as your template when
installing the anchors. Slide the wires from the
outlet box, through the large center hole of mounting
plate (B).Secure mounting plate (B) using mounting
screws (E)and wood screws (F) to the outlet box.
