According to your desired flavor, moisture,
and the type of food, compare and choose
the needed modes, for example:
If you need higher heat for your food,
refer to the left chart, and choose the
modes on the upper side.
If you need shorter time for your food to
keep more moisture, refer to the left
chart, and choose the modes on the left
side.
