1. For any combination style lock, it is a good idea to set the combination before installing the
safe. We recommend that the combination be set with the
DOOR OPEN in order to test the
lock combination effectively without locking yourself out.
2. Clear out the contents of the center console for now.
3. Remove the 2 bolts at the bottom of the compartment.
4. Remove the neoprene padding from the inside of the safe for now.
5. Set the safe into the center console.
a. To ensure that the safe is set in properly, make sure that the factory cut holes at the
bottom of the safe LINE UP with the factory screw holes in the console compartment
from Step 3.
6. Place the
2 LOCK’ER DOWN PROVIDED 10mm through the bottom of the safe into the
factory screw holes at the bottom of the compartment.
7. Tighten the bolts and the acorn nuts, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN, THIS COULD DAMAGE
THE CONSOLE.
8. Re-insert the padding that was removed from the safe before installation.
9. Enjoy your purchase!
NOTE: IF THE LATCH OF THE CONSOLE LID DOES NOT SECURE INTO PLACE AFTER
INSTALLATION OF THE SAFE, USE A PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER TO REMOVE THE 2 SCREWS
SECURING THE LATCH IN THE LID (NOT THE HANDLE TO OPEN THE LID, THE LATCH
COMPARTMENT ON THE INSIDE OF THE LID). THEN APPLY THE 4 WASHERS (2 TO EACH
SCREW)
AND PUT THE LATCH BACK ON THE CONSOLE LID. (If you run into this issue, feel free

Tools Needed:

IMPACT DRILL or SOCKET WRENCH
• 10mm Socket bit
Contents Included: 2 10mm Bolts.
