Instructions for Model 2001 VersaSafe For 2011 up Ford Explorer

1. If you have a combination lock, it is easier to set the combination before in-

stalling the safe.

2. The safe Is mounted to the floor with 2 brackets.

3. Attach the brackets to the safe with the 2 included wing nuts carefully center-

ing the holes on the ends of the bracket with those in the safe.

4. Set the safe in the rear of the vehicle making sure the above mentioned holes

are lined up on a section of the floor that can be drilled into.

5. Mark the mounting holes and remove the safe.

6. Use the self tapping screws to attach the brackets to the floor.

7. Set the safe back in the vehicle and tighten down with the wing nuts.
