1. For any combination style lock, it is a good idea to set the combination before installing the
safe. We recommend that the combination be set with the DOOR OPEN in order to test the
lock combination effectively without locking yourself out.
2. Clear out the contents of the center console for now, including the factory mat at the bottom of
the console.
3. Remove the padding from the bottom of the inside of the safe.
4. Set the safe into the center console.
5. Using your DRILL or PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER fastening device, insert the LOCK’ER
DOWN PROVIDED SELF TAPING SCREWS into the set holes in the side of the safe
6. Tighten the bolts, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN, THIS COULD DAMAGE THE CONSOLE.
7. Re-insert the padding that was removed from the safe before installation.
