Installation Guide
1. For any combination style lock, it is a good idea to set the combination before installing the
safe. We recommend that the combination be set with the
DOOR OPEN in order to test the
lock combination effectively without locking yourself out.
2. Clear out the contents of the center console for now, DO NOT REMOVE the factory mat at
the bottom of the console.
3. Insert the LID ASSEMBLY into the console on its side and diagonally, with the long tab facing
forward in the console, and the indent of the tab facing towards the bottom of the console
compartment (see Image 1 for reference)
4. Adjust the lid assembly inside the console so that the lid assembly is held against the top of
the console compartment (see Image 2 for reference)
5. While holding the lid assembly up against the top of the compartment, place the two side
brackets (with the bottom lip facing inward) onto the sides of the lid assembly so that the
factory holes fit over the bolt threads on the inside of the lid assembly.
a. Secure the side brackets loosely to the lid assembly using the
LOCK’ER DOWN
PROVIDED
 13mm nuts.
6. Set the X bracket into the bottom of the console so that the factory holes in the X bracket fit
over the PIM studs on the side brackets (2 studs to each side bracket)
a. Secure the X bracket on loosely by apply the
4 LOCK’ER DOWN PROVIDED acorn
