IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD
ABOVE. Any recovery is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as
described above. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions
may not apply to you.
National Statutory Rights
Consumers have legal rights under applicable national
legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. These
rights are not affected by the warranties in this limited
warranty.
For Australia/New Zealand Consumers Only: Our goods come with
guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to
a major failure. This warranty in Australia and New Zealand is provided
