Step 1 ADJUST DEADBOLT AND INSTALL
The deadbolt defaults to 2-3/8"(60mm)
backset which is measured from the centre
of the door hole to the door edge. If the
deadbolt slot is aligned to the centre of the
door hole, skip this step of adjusting deadbolt
and proceed to installing deadbolt onto
door.
If the deadbolt slot is not aligned to the centre of your door hole, adjust deadbolt
to 2-3/4" (70mm) backset.

Extend the deadbolt by inserting a flat-head screwdriver into the slot and turning
clockwise.
Insert the deadbolt into door edge hole, make sure that the right side is up and the
slot is in the vertical position. Secure with 2x screws.

Deadbolt comes set at 2-3/4" (70mm).
To return to default, hold the faceplate a
and twist the deadbolt body b clockwise
till it snaps to 2-3/8" (60mm).

deadbolt body b counter-clock-
wise till it snaps to 2-3/4"(70mm).
