THE LOCKNLUBE
®
GREASE COUPLER
has a unique sliding sleeve, activated by a
thumb lever. The sleeve contains 4 hardened
steel jaws that lock onto the zerk fitting
(grease nipple), creating a leak-proof seal.
No hands are needed to align or hold the
coupler in place while greasing. The locked
connection is positive and rigid preventing
the coupler from coming loose and breaking
the leak-proof seal. Because it does not leak,
the “grease goes in, not on the machine™”
and the bearings get the grease they need.
Stuck-on couplers are a thing of the past.
Just depress the thumb lever to release the
coupler – even with recessed fittings.
With a 1/8” NPT connection, the barrel is
1 mm larger than standard couplers and has
an overall length of 3”. The LockNLube
Grease Coupler works with all standard
grease guns – pneumatic, manual
and electric.
With replaceable seal and jaws, the
LockNLube Grease Coupler achieves multi-
year service life.
A spare Seal
Kit (extra seal
+ 4 hardened
steel jaws) is
included with
each coupler.
Additional Seal
Kits are also
available.
