Directions:
Tools Typically Required:
Tissue Paper
Safety Precautions:
Apply in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves.
Surface Preparation:
Ensure all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and close-fitting. Protect work area.
Application:
Apply between 59°F to 77°F. Gently squeezing the tube near the crimp end, apply a small amount of adhesive to one of the
surfaces to be bonded (1 drop per square inch). Press surfaces together immediately and hold firmly for at least 60 seconds
without disturbing the bond. Leave undisturbed for 10 minutes. For best results, allow full bond strength to develop overnight
before handling. Full cure in 12-24 hours.
Clean-up:
Wipe the nozzle with a tissue to remove excess adhesive and replace the cap. Wet any tissue with water and dispose. Cured
adhesive may be cut away with caution using a sharp blade, removed with acetone or with boiling water. Note: Acetone is highly
flammable and may not be suitable for use on all materials. Test surfaces first and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
