Mounting the TV set on the FLOOR
STAND 8
An adapter (Floor Stand 8 C/A 32-46 Adapter, Figure 38, C) is used
for the installation.
First place the two centring pins (arrow a1, a2) in the corresponding
holes on the FLOOR STAND 8 (Figure 37).
Take the adapter (C). Mount this on the FLOOR STAND 8, as shown in
Figure 38.
Make sure that the centring pins enter the holes in the adapter.
Two contact washers are included with the adapter. Assemble these
so that the contact washer lugs point downwards (refer to fi g. 38).
Turn both screws (arrow b1, b2) in with the angled wrench (D) and
tighten them with a torque of approx. 5 Nm.
Remove the cable connection cover of the TV set. Place the TV set on
the FLOOR STAND 8 (Figure 39).
ATTENTION! Two persons should lift the TV set onto the FLOOR
STAND 8. Make sure that the back of the TV set and the cable ope-
nings in the FLOOR STAND 8 are on the same side.
Use the screws previously removed from the table foot for fastening.
Turn the screws (Figure 39, arrows f1, f2) in and tighten them with
the wrench (T20) (Torque approx. 3 Nm).

Important:
The required screw “f2” is enclosed with the corresponding adapter
so that the Xelos 32/40 LED can be installed.
Should you wish to install your Xelos 32/40 LED on the Table Stand
later, the screw that was previously used (M4 x 14mm) must be in-
stalled where the “f2” (M4 x 30mm) screw is now installed. Keep the
original screw in a safe place.
Tilting the TV set
You can change the angle of tilt of your TV set on the FLOOR STAND
8 to 2.5° or 5°.
Tool required: Allen key 5 mm, wrench (T20).
Remove screw f2 (Fig.39) using the wrench (T20).
Insert the Allen key into the designated opening above the two
screws (Fig 40, arrow). By screwing in the screw, you can adjust the
tilt angle of the TV set (turned to the left as far it will go: 5°, to the
right as far as it will go: 2,5°).
The FLOOR STAND 8 is delivered from the factory with a tilt angle of
2.5°. For the entire tilt range of up to 2.5°, turn the screw using the
wrench approx. 1.5 times.
Turning the screw requires very little force (approx. 2 Nm). If necessa-
ry, you can also support the tilting movement using a hand to push or
pull the top of the TV set.
Do not try to force the adjustment screw further to the right. This
could damage the TV set!
Then reattach the screw and cable connection cover (removed befor-
ehand) to the TV set.
Monter le téléviseur sur le FLOOR
STAND 8
Le montage s‘effectue à l‘aide d‘un adaptateur (adaptateur Floor
Stand 8 C/A 32-46, ill. 38, C).
Placez tout d‘abord les deux ergots de centrage (fl èches a1, a2) dans
les orifi ces correspondants du FLOOR STAND 8 (ill. 37).
Prenez l‘adaptateur (C). Montez celui-ci sur le FLOOR STAND 8,
comme indiqué dans l´ill. 38.
Veillez à ce que les ergots de centrage pénètrent dans les trous de
l’adaptateur.
Vous trouverez deux rondelles de contact livrées avec l‘adaptateur.
Montez celles-ci de manière à ce que les ergots des rondelles de
contact soient orientés vers le bas (cf. ill. 38).
Vissez les deux vis (fl èches b1, b2) avec le tournevis d’angle (D) et
serrez avec un couple de serrage de 5 Nm environ.
Retirez le couvercle du raccordement de câble du téléviseur. Placez le
téléviseur sur le FLOOR STAND 8 (ill. 39).
ATTENTION ! Il faut deux personnes pour tenir le téléviseur sur le
FLOOR STAND 8. Veillez à ce que l’arrière du téléviseur et les ouver-
tures pour les câbles du FLOOR STAND 8 se trouvent du même côté.
Pour la fi xation, utilisez les vis que vous avez ôtées auparavant du
pied de table. Vissez les vis (ill. 39, fl èches f1, f2) et serrez-les avec la
clé (T20) (Couple de 3 Nm environ).

Attention:
Pour l‘installation des appareils Xelos 32/40 LED, la vis « f2 » néces-
saire est jointe avec l‘adaptateur correspondant.
Au cas où vous souhaiteriez remonter votre Xelos 32/40 LED ultéri-
eurement sur le Table Stand, la vis (M4 x 14mm) utilisée à l‘origine
doit être installée de nouveau au lieu de la vis « f2 » (M4 x 30mm).
Veillez à conserver précieusement la vis d‘origine.
Inclinaison du téléviseur
Vous avez la possibilité de modifi er l’angle d’inclinaison de votre télé-
viseur sur le FLOOR STAND 8 de 2,5° ou 5°.
Outils nécessaires : clé Allen de 5 mm, clé (T20).
Retirez la vis f2 (ill. 39) au moyen de laclé (T20).
Placez la clé Allen dans l‘orifi ce prévu à cet effet au-dessus des deux
vis (ill. 40, fl èche). Serrez la vis et positionnez l‘angle d‘inclinaison du
téléviseur comme suit (butée gauche : 5°, butée droite : 2,5°).
Le FLOOR STAND 8 est livré départ usine avec une inclinaison de 2,5°.
Pour obtenir la plage de réglage maximale de 2,5°, il suffi t de tourner
la clé d’un tour et demi environ.
Le mouvement de rotation ne requiert pas beaucoup de force
(environ 2 Nm). En cas de besoin, le mouvement d‘inclinaison peut
aussi être soutenu manuellement en poussant ou tirant sur la partie
supérieure du téléviseur.
N‘essayez pas de tourner plus à droite avec force la vis de réglage.
Cela peut entraîner des dommages sur le téléviseur !
Revissez ensuite la vis que vous aviez retirée et remettez le couvercle
des raccordements de câble sur le téléviseur.
