Internet Update
The software in the remote control can be updated via PC over the Internet.
Insert the mini-USB plug of a USB connecting cable (e.g. into the USB socket
on the underside of the Assist Media) remote control. Plug in the other end
of the USB cable in a free USB socket of your computer.
You can register your Loewe product through the Loewe Support Portal and
then conveniently download software updates and the current operating
manuals in PDF format.
• In the Internet browser of your computer, enter the address:
www.loewe-int.de/en/support
• If you still do not have an independent access to the Loewe Support
Portal, set it up now. Click on
Registration. Fill out the information for
your account and then click on
Create account. Please check whether all
data is correct and then click on
Create account now. Shortly thereafter,
you receive an email at the already specified address. Click on the link
given above to confirm your registration. On successful registration, you
receive an email for confirmation.
• Enter your Email address and a Password under Access to your
account.
• Click on Register Loewe product and enter the data requested for the
Multiroom Display.
Upon successful registration, select the button Update Software.
This opens a window.
Click on Download and answer to the confirmatory queries that may be put
in the affirmative. The Internet browser then downloads the update program.
