Start-up
Auto setup (TV sets with RJ-12/RS-232C
System interface)
➠ Ensure that the devices are set up correctly (page 11, page 12), all cables
are connected properly (page 13-page 14) and that the microphone is con-
nected and positioned correctly (page 18).
Set the remote control for TV operation. The Loewe TV set
switches on automatically.
Call up the TV menu.
34 Select Connections.
6 Change to the menu line below.
34 Select Sound components.
Confirm OK.
The selection SOUND COMPONENTS - Sound playback via
... appears.

Activate listening position
SOUND COMPONENTS WIZARD
The wizard supports to optimise the Sound projector settings for your
listening positions. Up to 3 positions can be stored. You will be prompted to
turn the TV set to the desired position and after that to start the Auto setup
of the Sound projector.

will be set subsequently.

Turn your TV set by using the cursor keys left/right to the desired listening
which is optimal for your listening position and confirm with the key.

If the Loewe TV set is equipped with swivel castor control, now
use 34 to turn the TV to the required listening position.

SOUND COMPONENTS WIZARD
Start the acoustic auto setup for the Sound projector now (please also read the
manual for this). Place the microphone to the desired position. Please leave the
room after pressing the key to avoid any disturbances. The auto setup will
start after 10 seconds automatically. About 3 minutes later a final chime is
played. After this follow the instructions of the wizard.
