Note:
1. Body-worn SAR testing was performed at 10mm separation, and this distance is determined by the handset
manufacturer that there will be body-worn accessories that users may acquire at the time of equipment certification, to
enable users to purchase aftermarket body-worn accessories with the required minimum separation.
2. Per KDB 941225 D06v02r01, when the same wireless modes and device transmission configurations are required for
testing body-worn accessories and hotspot mode, it is not necessary to test body-worn accessory SAR for the same
device orientation if the test separation distance for hotspot mode is more conservative than that used for body-worn
accessories.
3. Body-worn exposure conditions are intended to voice call operations, therefore GSM voice call is selected to be tested.
4. Per KDB 648474 D04v01r03, when the Reported SAR for a body-worn accessory measured without a headset
connected to the handset is ≤ 1.2 W/kg, SAR testing with a headset connected to the handset is not required.
5. The WLAN SAR perform the front and back position, due considered the simultaneous SAR for body-worn.
6. Per KDB 447498 D01v06, for each exposure position, if the highest output channel Reported SAR ≤0.8W/kg, other
channels SAR testing is not necessary.
7. Per KDB 865664 D01v01r04, for each frequency band, repeated SAR measurement is required when the measured
SAR is ≥0.8W/kg.
