Limited Warranty Hardware Warranty Coverage Looxcie, Inc. (1196 Borregas Ave, Suite 200, Sunnyvale, CA 94089), warrants the Looxcie video device (“Product”) to be free of material defects (subject to the terms set forth below) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This Warranty specifically excludes any Looxcie software applications which are subject to separate End User License Agreements and any software embodied in the hardware.
This Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of nature, accidents, disassembling, or modification of or to any part of the Product. This Warranty excludes damages resulting from actions not Looxcie’s fault and damages resulting from the use of non-Looxcie products. This Warranty does not cover lost data, files, clips, or video.

Children Never allow children to play with Looxcie or included accessories. Small parts may be a choking hazard. Electrical Safety Charge Looxcie using only charging Product(s) provided with original packaging or charging accessories specifically approved by Looxcie. Any approval from Looxcie must be in writing and must be from a person authorized to provide such approval. Use of any other accessory might invalidate any Warranty provided by Looxcie and may be dangerous.
Battery Safety and Disposal Looxcie contains a non-user-removable lithium polymer rechargeable battery. Charge the battery only with the approved Looxcie charging accessories. Do not attempt to remove the battery. Do not dispose of Looxcie in a fire, as the battery might explode. Dispose of Looxcie in accordance with the laws and regulations in your area governing disposal of lithium polymer cell types. The lithium polymer battery might present a fire or chemical burn hazard or might explode if mistreated.
Do not place the headset or other objects above a vehicle air bag, or in the air bag deployment area. If vehicle wireless equipment is improperly stored or installed, and the air bag inflates, serious injury could result. Radio Frequency (RF) signals might affect improperly installed or inadequately shielded electronic systems in motor vehicles. Check with your vehicle’s manufacturer or its representative regarding your vehicle.
