Limited Warranty
Hardware Warranty Coverage
Looxcie, Inc. (1196 Borregas Ave, Suite 200, Sunnyvale, CA 94089), warrants the Looxcie video device (“Product”) to be free of material defects (subject to the
terms set forth below) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This Warranty specifically excludes any Looxcie software applica-
tions which are subject to separate End User License Agreements and any software embodied in the hardware. During the Warranty Period, Looxcie will repair
or replace (at Looxcie’s discretion) this Product or any defective parts (“Warranty Service”) at no charge (other than applicable incidental charges). Replacement
Product may be new or refurbished/recertified at Looxcie’s discretion. If repair or replacement is not commercially practical or cannot be timely made, Looxcie may
choose to refund the purchase price paid for the affected Product. Call Looxcie support at 1-(888) 7-LOOXCIE for instructions regarding obtaining Warranty Service.
If Looxcie provides service under Warranty, the terms of the Warranty and applicable provisions of law will cover defects in materials and workmanship that arise
during the remaining Warranty or 90 days after service, whichever provides longer coverage. If service is provided outside of Warranty, Looxcie warrants that the
replacement will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the replacement ship date.
This Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser with the original purchase receipt and will automatically terminate prior to expiration if this Product is sold or
otherwise transferred to another party. The Warranty provided by Looxcie in this statement applies only to Products purchased for use, and not for resale. It does not
apply to open box purchases, which are sold “as is” and without any Warranty. Specifically exempt from Warranty are limited-life consumable components subject
to normal wear and tear, such as earbuds, batteries, and other accessories.
