This Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of nature, accidents, disassembling, or modification of or to any
part of the Product. This Warranty excludes damages resulting from actions not Looxcie’s fault and damages resulting from the use of non-Looxcie products. This
Warranty does not cover lost data, files, clips, or video. This Warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, maintenance, or installation, or attempted
repair by anyone other than Looxcie or a Looxcie dealer authorized to do Looxcie Warranty work. Any unauthorized repairs will void this Warranty.
WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF CONSUMER. ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL LOOXCIE
BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR LOSS OF INFORMATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
PRODUCT(S), TO THE FULL EXTENT THESE DAMAGES MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW.
This Warranty applies only to purchases made in the U.S. and Canada.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT
