6 Changing PTZ Protocol and Video Format

6.3.1 Accessing the DIP Switches Inside the Camera

To access the DIP switches inside the camera:

1. Loosen the service panel screws (4x), but do not remove them.

2. Remove the service panel cover to reveal the DIP switches.
