Appendix O: Remote Viewing (Mac)

Prerequisite:

• Follow the steps on page 54 to page 59 to set up remote viewing on the DVR.

Remote Viewing Interface

1 Navigation Tabs: Allows you to access the following tabs:

• Live: Live view of video

• Playback: Re

visit archived video footage

• Remote Config: Configure DVR settings remotely.

• Local Config: Configure where your saved files and images are saved.

• Logout: Exits remote viewing

2 Active Channel List: Displ

ays channels that are currently live. Purple play buttons indicate

viewing is active.

3 Main Screen:

Main display screen for live viewing and playback.

4 Toolbar: The sys

tem tool bar allows you to change viewing modes, start playback, take image

snapshots, and control audio volume.

5 PTZ Controls: PTZ (P

t, Zoom) control for connected PTZ cameras (not included).
