Configuring the system remotely
Mobile Menu
You can change the user name, password and port number required to log in to the system
using a mobile device (i.e. iPhone).
You must port forward the mobile Service port to your router before you can access your
DVR using a mobile device.
To configure the Mobile menu:
1 Click RE
MOTE CONFIG>Device>Mobile.
2 Configure the following:
• User Name: Ent
er the desired user name.
• Password: Enter the desired password.
• Service Port: Enter the service port (default port 1025).
3 Click Sav
e to apply your settings.
Motion Menu
Use the Motion Recording settings to set the DVR’s motion sensitivity, and the portion of
the screen to monitor for motion activity.
To configure the Motion menu:
