Limited Warranty

Lotus & Windoware, Inc. warranties its products to be free from

defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years on

Corded products, and 1 year on Cordless products, from the date

of purchase.

Lotus & Windoware, Inc. is not responsible for any incidental

costs or consequential damages. Abuse, misuse, improper

installation and inappropriate application of Lotus & Windoware

products are not covered under this warranty and are the

responsibility of the retailer or distributor.

Lotus & Windoware, Inc. reserves the right to make final

determination on all warranty claims. Lotus & Windoware, Inc.

will replace, fund or issue credit at its option.

Lotus & Windoware, Inc. does not deal with end users. Warranty

claims must be processed through customer of record.
