Camera Mounting and Connections: 
Read following installation precautions 
before installing and using system. 
1)  Check the system for operation prior 
to installing the system. 
2)  Identify and evaluate an ideal location 
in the ceiling for mounting the 
camera. 
3)  Separate the mounting case from the 
camera and its dome cover. 
4)  Cut a hole in the roof which is big 
enough for routing the cables. 
5)  Align the mounting case over the 
surface of the cable hole and make 
marks on the ceiling where screw 
holes to be drilled and then drill the 
four holes. 
6)  Pass the power cable and video 
cable from the camera unit through 
the cable hole in the ceiling.   
7)  Align the four screw holes in the 
mounting base ring with screw holes 
in the ceiling, and then secure the 
mounting case and camera in place 
by tightening four screws 
8)  Attach the dome cover to the camera 
and mounting case to fix the camera 
position.   
9)  Carry out the setting and adjustments 
to the camera. 
10)  Loosen dome cover to adjust 
camera’s panning and tilt position. 
11)  Set the zoom position by using zoom 
lever screw. 
12)  Set the focus by using focus lever 
screw. 
13)  Connect the video output cable of the 
camera to the video input of a 
monitor, TV, DVR or other equipment. 
14)  Connect the DC power cable to a 12V 
power supply unit.

PRODUCT PRECAUTIONS  
1.  All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the 
camera is operated. 
2.  All warnings on the camera and in the instruction should be adhered to.
3.  Handle the camera with care. Avoid striking or shaking it. Imprope
r
handling or storage could damage the camera. 
4.  Never aim the camera at direct sunlight or at other intense light source 
which could damage the image sensor and create adverse video. 
5.  Do not operate the camera beyond its specified temperature, humidity 
and power source ratings.   The operational temperature range for this 
indoor/outdoor use camera is between -10°C ~ 50°C and relative 
humidity below 85%.The input power source voltage and electric 
current must match within the limits of camera’s operating voltage 
specification. 
6.  Use dry cloth or mild detergent to clean housing when dirty.  Unplug 
power source before cleaning 
7.  Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer. 
8.  Do not let water or foreign objects inside the camera as it may result 
fire or electric shock. 
9.  Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Attempting to remove the 
covers or disassemble the product, could expose you to dangerous 
high voltage points.

INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS 
1.  The installation should be made by qualified service personnel and 
should confirm to all local regulatory codes. 
2.  To make a hole on the wall to hide connecting cables, ensure that no 
service cables, water or gas pipes are buried in the wall before 
drilling. 
3.  Select the location where the camera weight can be properly 
supported and firmly attached the bracket to plywood, gypsum 
board or plaster board. 
4.  Avoid the following location for camera installation:   
a)  Near an object that releases a strong magnetic or electric field   
b)  Areas with strong vibrations   
5.  Incorrect cable connection may cause short circuit, fire or 
malfunction and even damage the camera 
6.  Combined weight of any camera, lens and housing must not exceed 
9 lbs.   
TROUBLE SHOOTING 
No video image appears 
1.  Is the video cable connected correctly? 
2.  Are power source and supply connected correctly? 
3.  Is the iris of the lens inside the camera set correctly? 
4.  Is there sufficient illumination? 
Poor image quality 
1.  Is the lens out of focus? 
2.  Is the lens dirty? 
3.  Is the monitor setup correctly?

The user’s warranty will not apply if your serial number has been removed 
or if the product has been tampered with, disassembled or damaged by 
misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.
