Configuring Spanning Tree Bridge Ports
To configure spanning tree bridge ports:
1. In the Switching Parameters section of the Web Agent window, click Spanning
Tree. The Spanning Tree Information dialog box opens.
2. In the Bridge Ports column, click the port number listed. The Spanning Tree
Bridge Port Information dialog box opens.
3. Use Table12-5 to configure the Spanning Tree Bridge port parameters:
Bridge Forward Delay Amount of delay used when a port transitions to the
forwarding state. Set by the root bridge for the segment.
Note: You must enter a value within the supported
range or the configuration operation will
fail. The supported value range for this
parameter is 10-30.
Max Age Current maximum age for this spanning tree. Determined
by the root bridge.
Hello Time Current hello time for this spanning tree. Determined by
the root bridge.
Forward Delay Current forwarding delay for this spanning tree. Set by the
root bridge.

Bridge Port The bridge port.

Name The name assigned to the bridge port.
