(Ref. Fig. 5-61) The following procedure describes removal of the roll-back
hose tray used in models with control manifold hydraulics.
1. Follow preparation procedures as outlined in Section 3 of this manual.
2. Loosen self-locking nuts for the 1” and 1-1/8” cushion clamps (Items 7
and 8) that secure the hydraulic hoses to the roll-back hose tray
(Item 5).
3. Slide the cushion clamps out of the roll-back hose tray channel.
4. Remove the four (4) each truss head screws (Item 4) and lockwashers
(Item 3) that secure the roll-back hose tray to the two (2) hose tray
support brackets (Item 2).
5. Remove the roll-back hose tray from the machine.
