WARNINGS
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO INSTALLATION / MAINTENANCE
• This photocell must be installed by a competent electrician in accordance with the Building Regulations / IEE Wiring
Regulations.
• Switch off the mains power supply and remove the appropriate circuit fuse before installing or maintaining this fitting.
Ensure other persons cannot restore the electrical supply without your knowledge.
• This fitting is Double Insulated, therefore an earth is not required.
• All connections should be made as watertight as possible to avoid electrical shortage.
• Never exceed the wattage stated.
• If a fitting is found to be damaged, cease use immediately.
• The unit may get warm whilst on for a period of time.
• Always take care during installation
• Suitable for outdoor use when installed correctly in a light fitting or junction box.
DO NOT submerge in water.
• Before drilling fixing holes, check that there are no obstructions hidden beneath
the mounting surface such as pipes or cables.
• The chosen location of your new fitting should allow for the product to be
securely mounted and safely connected to the mains supply (lighting circuit).
• This product is designed for permanent connection to fixed wiring. We
recommend that the supply incorporates a switch for ease of operation.
• Mount out of reach of children.
