FACTORY RESET
ABOUT FACTORY RESET
When you perform a factory reset, you erase all your personal data from internal storage, including information about your Google Account,
any other accounts, your system and app settings, any downloaded applications, and your music, photos, videos, and other les.
Please note that you cannot reverse this action, so make sure to back up your data before performing a factory reset.
PERFORMING A FACTORY RESET
1 On a Home screen, touch the Menu key (=).
2 Touch “System settings”.
3 Under “Personal”, touch “Backup & reset”.
4 Touch “Factory data reset”.
5 Touch “Reset phone”.
6 To conrm, touch “Erase everything”.
RESTORING GOOGLE ACCOUNT DATA
After resetting your phone, you will need to re-enter the same information requested when you rst set it up. If you’ve been backing up your
data to a Google Account, an option during the setup process allows you to restore it. Some third-party apps make also use of the backup
service, so if you reinstall them, their settings and data can be restored.
You can only restore your previously backed-up data during the of your
phone.
