Some network administrators require you to connect to internal or external network resources via a proxy server. By default, the Wi-Fi
networks you add are not congured to connect via a proxy, but you can change that for each Wi-Fi network you have added.
1 If Wi-Fi is not already ON, turn Wi-Fi ON as described above.
2 In the “Wi-Fi” screen, touch & hold a network ‘s name.
3 Touch “Modify network”.
4 Tick off the “Show advanced options” box.
5 Under “Proxy settings” touch “None”, and select “Manual” in the menu that opens.
6 Enter the proxy settings (ask the network’s administrator for details).
7 Touch “Save”.
The proxy settings apply only to the Wi-Fi network you’ve modied. To change the proxy settings for other Wi-Fi networks, you will need to
modify them individually.
