UPDATE YOUR PHONE
ABOUT UPDATING
Your Lumigon phone has a built-in updater feature that allows you to easily check for the newest rmware updates that are distributed over
the air. These rmware updates may contain various xes and new features for your phone. Whenever a new update is available, you will
receive a notication in the Status bar. Then you’ll be able to download and install the update. You can also check for updates manually.
1 On a Home screen, touch the Menu key (=).
2 Touch “System update”.
3 Touch “Check now”.
4 If there is a new update available, you will be prompted to download it. Touch “Download” to start
downloading.
CHANGE UPDATER SETTINGS
As a default, the System updater is set to notify you when there’s a new system update available and to prompt you to download and install
the available updates. You may, however, set the phone to download and install the available updates automatically. Moreover, you can
change how the phone downloads updates, e.g. using Wi-Fi only or using Wi-Fi and mobile data.
We recommend that you connect to a Wi-Fi connection and keep the phone plugged into the charger
during the update. To install an update, your phone needs to have at least 30% battery life.
