Once the Wi-Fi hotspot toggle is added to your Notications panel, you can turn Wi-Fi hotspot ON and OFF by simply touching the Wi-Fi

hotspot icon . To quickly access the tethering and portable hotspot settings, touch and hold the Wi-Fi hotspot icon .
