ABOUT SILENT AND VIBRATE MODES
Silent mode mutes your phone completely by turning off all of your phone’s ringtones and notication sounds. Vibrate mode does the same,
but allows your phone to vibrate whenever you receive a call or a notication.
When your phone is in Silent mode, you will see the Silent mode icon in the Status bar at the top of the screen. If you set your phone to
vibrate, the Vibrate icon will be displayed.
You can either use the Power key or the Volume keys to switch to Silent and Vibrate modes.
1 Press and hold the Power key until an options menu appears on the screen.
2 If you want your phone to vibrate when you receive a call, a message or a notication, touch the
“Vibrate” icon .
If you want to mute the phone completely, touch the “Silent mode” icon .
