If you have a corporate Microsoft Exchange account, here is how to set it up:
1 Contact your organization’s e-mail administrator for the following details:
2 On a Home screen of your phone, touch the Menu key (=) > Touch “System settings” > In the
“Accounts” section, touch “+ Add account” > Touch “Corporate”.
3 Type your full e-mail address and password, and then touch “Next”.
4 When asked to select the type of your account, touch “Exchange”.
5 In the next screen, type the following details, and then touch “Next”:
» - your full e-mail address
» - your e-mail password
» - the address of your Exchange server provided by your e-mail administrator.
» – make sure the number of the port is the same as the number provided by your e-mail
administrator
» – touch the eld to select the type of security provided by your e-mail
administrator
6 In the “Remote security administration” dialogue, touch “OK”.
7 In the “Account settings” screen, set the desired options for checking frequency, amount to sync,
notications, etc., and then touch “Next”.
8 Type a name for this account (optional), and touch “Next”.
9 IF you are asked to activate a device administrator for your account, touch “Activate”. Otherwise,
touch “Done” to complete the setup.

NB: If the eld is prelled with details that are different from the details provided by your e-mail
administrator, you’ll need to delete the entered details, and then type the correct server address.
