ag re es t ha t th e action will be properly venued in any such court. If Buyer is lo ca te d ou ts id e th e U. S. , Se ll er r e-

se rv es t he r ight to initiate legal action against Buyer in a court located outsid e of t he S ta te o f Ca li fo rn ia , U. S. A.
