CALIBRATING PROCEDURE OF FG-5000A

1. * Power off the meter.

* Select the unit switch to "

g ".

* Push the button of " ZERO " & " REVERSE " to

gether at the same time. Power " On "

the meter, then the meter will into the ad

justment mode. After display shows some fix value, then

release the button of " ZERO " & " REVERSE ".

2. Under ad

justment mode, the real zero value will be displayed.

3. Once click on " ZERO " Key. " 100.0 " displayin

g on LCD symbolize that a 100% load will be

calibrated at present.( FG-5005, 100 % calibrated load is 5 K

g.)

4. Once click on Fast/Slow Key will enter the % load that intend to make the calibration.

For example, if enter 40.0, that means the calibrated load will be 5 K

g x 40 % = 2 Kg.

5. Once click on " ZERO " button a

gain, the display will show "3000", click on " ZERO " button once again,

the display will show " 0". Now the meter has already finished the zero calibration procedures.

6. Accordin

g the above step 4, prepare the standard weight.

For example, prepare the 2 K

g weight when select 40% load.

Han

g the standard weight, the display will show the value near the standard weight.

Once click on " ZERO " button, the display will show the value that intend to make the

calibration, then display will be flashed. The calibration procedures are finished.

7. Take away the standard wei

ght, then power off.
