Fade is not available for blinds since they move at a constant rate. The parameter must be entered but is ignored.
3. Fractional seconds “SS.ss” will be rounded down to the nearest quarter second. For example, if a delay time is specified
as 1.45 seconds, a value of 1.25 seconds will be used.
4. The Delay time is optional. When not used, the system will use a zero-second delay. The minimum delay time is
0.25seconds. The maximum delay time is 4 hours. Not supported in QS Standalone.
