myRoom plus
System Overview
The myRoom plus system is a guestroom management system for light, temperature, and shade
control that integrates with property management systems (PMS) and building managements
systems (BMS). The myRoom plus system provides increased energy savings through automatic
lighting and HVAC adjustments and enhanced by shade control. The myRoom plus system uses
occupied/unoccupied and sold/unsold information for guest presence detection and additional
HVAC setbacks. It offers hotel guests privacy or a view; a single button press closes or opens
shades and integrates with BMS to control and monitor.
